“I could give Peter a vague, ambitious goal and he would come back with a clear plan, sensible trade-offs, and then simply deliver. I would hire Peter again without hesitation.”

Recommendations from people I've shipped with
“He architected the app for a white-label model and shipped three fully branded apps from a single codebase. He thought through data contracts carefully, caught edge cases early, and integrated the marketplace with Stripe and StoreKit smoothly.”
Scriptmate
Line rehearsal and self tape for actors. Built solo, on the App Store

Reviews of Scriptmate on the App Store
I drop my screenplay in, and a second later I'm running lines. No setup, no fiddling, no fifty menus to dig through.
Importing screenplay PDFs is really straightforward, and the app doesn't try to do too much. It stays focused on what matters.
The developer is extremely dedicated in making this app the best line learning app on the market. It has become quite a viable line learning app.

What I actually shipped
Ten years across payments, banking, crypto and consumer apps. The numbers below are the ones I would defend in an interview.
Bakong is the National Bank of Cambodia's payment system, a mobile banking and payments app used across the country. I led end to end delivery of KYC onboarding, document capture and face verification built on Google ML Kit and AVFoundation, and shipped the core banking flows: transfers, bill payments and account management. Streamlining onboarding and compliance raised completion for new users by 30%, and the reworked flows cut user reported issues by 55%.
A non-custodial wallet for Bitcoin, Ethereum and other EVM chains, Solana and more. I profiled the networking layer with Instruments, removed 45% of redundant API calls and added a caching layer, which cut median screen load time roughly 3x. I built the Fastlane and TestFlight pipeline that tripled test build throughput, introduced initializer based dependency injection so modules are independently testable and reviews stay small, and automated white label builds with a Python pipeline that made multi brand builds 2.5x faster.
Seamm is a digital fashion startup making branded clothing for games, VR and AR. I architected the app for a white label model and shipped three fully branded apps from one codebase, each with its own design. The codebase was modularised with Swift Package Manager, Combine and dependency injection, which made targeted low risk updates possible and kept a weekly release cadence. I built the in-app marketplace on Stripe for physical goods and StoreKit for digital purchases, rendered 3D clothing with SceneKit and progressive loading, and mentored a junior engineer through reviews and pairing.
A banking client for companies covering accounts, payments and documents, used by millions of business customers. I built the in-app banking marketplace with analytics tracking, which lifted engagement by 20%, wrote a native dependency injection framework and led the Objective-C to Swift migration of the Payment History module, setting the pattern the rest of the team followed. My redesign of the Payments section cut its crash rate by 80%, and I drove the code review culture and a unified code style as the team tripled in size.
A line rehearsal and self tape app for actors, designed, built and shipped solo. Real time cue detection on the Speech framework, reader audio routed to AirPods only, and an AI parsing pipeline that turns messy screenplay PDFs into scenes. Read the engineering case study
